THE AREA
Bald Knob rises 700ft above the valley below. Surrounded
by the rugged scenic beauty of the Shawnee National Forest,
the thousands that visit each year, express wonder at the
magnificent setting.
The area is interdenominational and available to all religious
groups. A highly spiritual area, any worthy group with high
standards can use the area and its facilities by complying
with the ground rules
THE CROSS
The base of the cross stands 1,034 ft above sea level, stands
111ft tall , is 22ft square at it's base, 16ft square at the
